With a Master of Science in Business from 2010 and years at Ringnes, part of the Carlsberg Group, she built her expertise in operations, commercial strategy, and large-scale demand planning.
As Head of Demand Planning, she learned that great decisions are made with the right data, at the right time, by people who understand the full picture.
In 2018, she co-founded Villa Heidi Hytteutleie — and turned it into a multimillion travel business with 75% international guests, a Gaselle award, and a finalist spot in the HER Awards. Not by following a playbook. By doing, testing, and iterating.

From DnB and Storebrand to Ford Credit — where he served as Sales and Marketing Director — he has built and led commercial operations that had to perform, not just look good on paper.
Tormod was recognised with Ford Credit's Global Management of Excellence Award for his role in developing a leading Sales and Marketing team in Europe.
He co-founded Villa Heidi Hytteutleie, walking away from a corporate career to build something of his own. That decision paid off.
